Civethics Could Happen
I have figured out the education that our future generations need, and aren't getting. A class that has ethics, civics, life control, and tech use. Tech Use teaches students about how if we do not use our technology wisely, our smartphones start damaging our brainpower and eyesight, and can get us addicted to a dumb game, and how bad that is. With that education, they will know how to efficiently and carefully use the technological tools they have, and not devolve in the process. Civics teaches them politics. Ethics teaches them about discrimination, greed, corruption, and other things of that sort, and how not to end up doing them. Life Control teaches them how to avoid the traps set by big companies and restaurants, like addiction to fast food, debt, et cetera. It also teaches them how to see and react properly to suspicious activity. Now, you may be wondering, how the heck am I going to add an entire new or two to schools, let alone one school. Well, I have a plan, and so far, all my plans of these sort have worked. What can I say, I'm lucky, and good at planning. I am working with three teachers, who are assigned to and in control of one classroom and what it teaches, to redesign what is taught there into Civethics, with an official schedule and everything. Now, that is just one, not really official class. But it doesn't need to be an official class yet. I am contacting the principle, and will talk to him about this. And while he may not be able to make it official, he can let me send out a poll to the parents and teachers asking whether or not they want a Civethics class. The principle can also get the school district to watch the experimental Civethics class and see how well it can be executed. Which is perfect. And if I need to convince people, oh boy I can! I remember one of my neighbors talking with my mom about one of her patient's children, who hung himself in middle school. The reason he hung himself was because of one of those dumb challenges kids make others do before those kids can be their "friend", or "cool". The challenge was to escape a noose before dying. And why did the kid do it? Because he was never educated against it. And this isn't as rare as you may think. If those kids were taught ethics, and life control, like Civethics teaches, they would have never done that. A kid's life would be spared, and a mother would not have to grieve. And look at the state of politics nowadays! Trump is winning the election! But if the people who voted for him had been taught Civics in school, they would not have voted for him. They would see what would happen if Trump became president, and they would research him. If Trump is elected, America will probably go to war, all thanks to the fact that Civics was not taught anymore. And all around you, many people, adults and kids, are being sucked into the addiction of fast food, and becoming dumber because of dumb and addicting games on their phone. Because they were never taught Life Control and Tech Use. And people are putting money over others lives!! See what I mean? Is that convincing to you? Please comment what you think about this. I would appreciate all and any feedback.
