So, I have done some more decorating of my thinking room, adding things like a sword display, cleaning off and organizing surfaces, and turning my bed into a comfy couch. So, before bed, I will click off the overhead light, turn on the eerie blue light, play some jazz music, and just sit there, on my lounge couch-bed, and think for an hour or two. It relieves tons of stress, fills you with peace and calm, and, after a few minutes, you start to think, and plan. I think it is very healthy and useful to have your office and bedroom in a room made for thinking. Heck, it's healthy and useful just to have a room that exists for thought. But really, try it some time. Me and both of my cats recommend it.
