A Teacher Once Again
Today, I taught a class again. See, occasionally I teach 7th or 6th graders at my school. Perhaps that's one of the reasons I get the semi-teacher chair in The Room. I call it a Semi-Teacher chair because most teachers in The Room have spinney chairs, and all the other chairs in the room are normal plastic-and-metal chairs. All except for one. That one unique chair is cushioned, but not spinney. Anyways, today is the second time I've done the job of a teacher at my school. This time, like the first time, I used a presentation. Except this time, unlike the first time, it was more so a speech than reading from a presentation. I figured out what to say as I spoke. Or, in short, I was winging it. The speech was talking about some of my experience with 6th grade, and how to deal with the problems I faced, as well as fix the mistakes I made. I told it in a way that the 6th graders could relate to, as well as find entertaining. So here I am, sitting in my Semi-Teacher chair at my Semi-Teacher desk, proud of my lesson and hoping I get good credit for it. I like doing things beyond the expectation for students in The Room.
